Sourcing Social / Attending the event

Terms & conditions

How applications, guest invitations and attendance work.

Effective 2026-10-09 · Version 2026-10-09

1. About the event

Sourcing Social is organised by Fruition Resources Limited, Bray Business Park, Southern Cross Rd, Bray, Co. Wicklow, A98 Y6W0, Ireland. These terms apply to applications made through this website and attendance at this event. Contact hello@mail.fruitiongroup.ie about applications or attendance.

The current event is scheduled for 5 November 2026 · 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM GMT+0 at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, 118 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 YN77. Check the event page and any event update before travelling.

2. Who the event is for

This is a professional HR and talent acquisition event, not an event for job seekers. The team reviews applications for audience suitability and available capacity. Applications must contain accurate contact, company and role information. Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission.

3. Applications, waitlist and tickets

Submitting the form requests an invitation. The acknowledgement confirms receipt and places the application on the waitlist; it is not a ticket, a reservation or a guarantee of admission.

The organiser reviews applications in the dashboard. Only approved applicants receive an individual admission ticket by email. Decisions are made by the event team, rather than solely by an automated system. Please keep your ticket and any secure portal link private.

LinkedIn sign-in is optional and only helps identify you and fill in parts of the form. You must still complete and submit the application. LinkedIn sign-in does not approve your place.

4. Bringing a guest

You may submit details for one guest where the form offers that option. Share these terms and the privacy notice with your guest first and obtain their permission to submit the application on their behalf. Each guest must meet the event’s audience requirements, use their own email address and receive their own approval and ticket.

Your approval does not approve your guest. Your marketing preference is not applied to your guest. A guest may contact the organiser to correct their details or withdraw the application.

5. Changes, cancellations and transfers

If you cannot attend, or need to correct or transfer an application, contact hello@mail.fruitiongroup.ie. Tickets are personal; do not resell them or pass a ticket or portal link to another person. A replacement attendee requires a separate eligibility review and approval.

The organiser may need to change the programme, speakers, timings or venue, postpone the event or cancel it. Material changes will be communicated using the application email address where reasonably possible. The current form does not collect payment; submitting it does not authorise a charge. Any later paid offer must state its price and cancellation/refund terms before a separate purchase.

6. Attendance and conduct

Follow reasonable venue and organiser instructions, including safety, accessibility and admission procedures. Treat attendees, staff and speakers respectfully. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, unsafe conduct, misuse of tickets or unauthorised collection of other attendees’ personal details may result in refusal of entry or removal.

Admission remains subject to an approved ticket, venue capacity and applicable safety requirements. Tell the organiser in advance about access requirements using the event contact; do not put health information or other sensitive details in the public application’s optional question box.

7. Photography, recordings and materials

Agreeing to these terms does not grant blanket consent to use your image for advertising. If the organiser plans photography or recording, it must explain the arrangements, purpose and choices in advance and at the venue. Contact the organiser about any concern or request not to appear in a photograph.

Ask permission before recording a speaker or an identifiable attendee. Speaker materials remain the property of their respective owners. Event discussions provide general information, not individual legal, HR or other professional advice.

8. Your information and communications

The Privacy & cookies notice explains registration data, optional LinkedIn sign-in, guest information, service providers and your rights. Acknowledging that notice is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Application acknowledgements, ticket emails and essential event updates are service communications. Future-event marketing is optional, unticked by default and can be withdrawn without affecting an application or approved place.

9. Responsibility and your rights

Take reasonable care of your belongings and arrange your own travel. The organiser remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights are unaffected.

10. Questions and applicable law

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. The Irish courts have jurisdiction without removing any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Contact hello@mail.fruitiongroup.ie first if you would like help resolving a question; doing so does not limit any legal remedy.

We may update these terms to reflect a change in the event or the law. The version accepted with your application is recorded. Any material change affecting an existing application will be communicated appropriately; publication of a new version is not retrospective consent.
